Short Meditation Instructions
We offer brief meditation instructions on Thursday evenings from 7:30-9pm. No registration required. There is no set fee but donations are welcomed. Please feel free to stop by the Center. These instructions cover basic postures and methods of practice. The instructions are not a substitute for the thorough Beginner's Meditation Class. Nevertheless, it is sufficient to get you started on meditation practice.
